By popular demand the Iphone App Builder now supports Atom as well as RSS.  Also we have added the ability to click through to the original news article.

SMEScheduler has had a couple of updates. We have added Twitter integration due to user requests. If you got to you “My account info” you can add your Twitter username and password and you will get Twitter updates of users voting on your group meetings and also user confirmation of meetings once you have finalised the Poll.

Secondly, we have added the ability for users to opt out of meetings if none of the times work.

Future updates will include recurring meeting support, Timezone support and Google Calendar intgegration.

The Iphone version of SMEScheduler has been picked as staff pick on the Apple Web Apps website.

We’ve created a new Iphone application for property search using the new Iphone features of Yahoo pipes.  We thinks its pretty useful.  It allows you to search for properties and links to Google Maps or the site from where the property is listed - handy if you are looking to buy or let. 

We’ve added it to our Information Services page on our Iphone Mobile site which you can access from our normal home page on the Iphone.

We have update our API Manual - you can access it here.  It now provides API support for Groups - we’ll Blog about Groups separately, but you will like it we promise

We’ve optmised our SMEBookmarks service for the Iphone. SMEBoomarks is a specific bookmarks site for small businesses in the UK and has hundreds of business related bookmarks that have been vetted to help you find what you are looking for in regards to your business, be it Grants, Raising Money, IR35 information, marketing, PR etc.

Following on from our successful beta launch of our RSS Builder application, we are now launching the beta of our Iphone optimised website builder for the Iphone called Iphoneiquity

The service allows you enter a site URL and the site is stripped of all extraneous information and displayed as a light version for the Iphone. This can be done with or without images (dependent on the site policy - some sites do not support images being reformatted) and also with our without our address bar, meaning you can create Iphone light versions of your favourite sites or even your own site.

The service can also be pretty useful for taking old wap sites and rendering them correctly for the Iphone, as well as normal sites. Although the IPhone is great for surfing the web, when using Edge its nice to be able to get quick access to information without waiting for the full rendering experience.

No registration is required to shrink sites, but you can choose to logon and save your sites with us if you don’t want to bookmark them.
